Trikonasana is also known as the Triangle Pose. This is an asana that comes with a large number of variations. These variations will include the utthita trikonasana, baddha trikonasana, and the parivrtta trikonasana.

Definition

The name of this yoga posture has been derived from the Sanskrit word ‘Trikona” that means triangle. This is a form of asana that can be done in two different ways. In the first place, we see that the pose can be done with your face left and then your face in the right position. In order to do this posture, you must place your legs apart from each other, allow your foot to touch the floor and also keep your knees in an unending position. The hands could be stretched in an unbending position. Then you can bend your body so that the tips of your fingers can touch the toes of the leg. You must touch your right-hand fingers with your right foot toes and repeat the posture on the other side. You must keep your spine and trunk in a good and unbent position.
